Greetings, Denizens of the Azeroth Galaxy!
Yes, your World of Warcraft mount can dance.
Hidden inside The Coiled Isle is a treasure that rewards the Pearl of Jubilation, a toy capable of creating one of the funniest mount animations I've seen in WoW Midnight.
Some players may call it a bug.
I prefer another explanation.
Hidden feature.
The Empire approves this dance.

🌀The Innkeeper’s Note (TL;DR)
Travel to The Coiled Isle and enter a cave.
Inside you'll find the Brine-Crusted Chest.
You can't open it immediately. First, you need to find a Luminescent Pearl, bring it to the crab Nacretta, obtain the Dropped Key, and use that key to open the chest.
One of the rewards is the Pearl of Jubilation.
Activate the toy, mount up, and enjoy the hidden mount dance.
Location: The Coiled Isle, 70.59, 76.79
Treasure: Brine-Crusted Chest
Required Item: Luminescent Pearl
NPC: Nacretta
Key: Dropped Key
Toy: Pearl of Jubilation
Final Result: Activate the toy, mount up, and watch your mount dance

Find the Brine-Crusted Chest
Head to The Coiled Isle.
Travel to: 70.59, 76.79
Enter the cave and locate the Brine-Crusted Chest.
The chest cannot be opened yet. Nacretta, the crab inside the cave, is part of the solution.
You need to bring Nacretta a Luminescent Pearl before you can get the key.
Which means...
We are going swimming. Because apparently the path to true Sith power involves underwater clam hunting.

Bug or Hidden WoW Feature?
Is the mount dance intentional?
Some players may call it a bug.
I call it a hidden feature until someone from Blizzard arrives and ruins the party.
Either way, it works as a fun visual interaction between the Pearl of Jubilation animation and your mounted character.
And frankly...
I loved this dance.
Forget your damage meter for a minute.
Forget your Mythic+ rating.
Forget the raid parse.
You have discovered something more powerful.
Mount choreography.
Not Mythic+.
Not raiding.
JUST DANCE!
Try the Pearl of Jubilation with several mounts and let me know which one gives you the funniest animation.
