Greetings, Denizens of the Azeroth Galaxy!
Kindo’jan can turn your mount hunt into an unexpected flying lesson. This guide walks you through my solo setup and fight strategy, using a 332 item level DPS character with level 80 Valeera.
We won’t waste your time, so before I conquer every realm, let’s keep you on the platform.
🌀The Innkeeper’s Note (TL;DR)
Unlock Kindo’jan by completing all nine Labyrinth chambers on Tier 8 or higher, then defeat Den’zara in the northern chamber. My setup uses Valeera as Healer, with Bursting Toad Toxin, Viperwind Idol, Dusty Loa Totem, Insidious Venom, and Ula'tek's Gift. During the fight, place Mojo puddles beside the boss’s hands, avoid axes, and move close to the Amani Juggernaut near the center before Phalanx Charge. My boss fight took approximately three minutes, and the full Labyrinth run took approximately 55 minutes.
Unlock the chamber: Complete all nine rooms on Tier 8 or higher.
Prepare Valeera: My clear used level 80 Valeera in the Healer role.
Control the floor: Place Eruption of Mojo beside the boss’s hands, then move away.
Survive the charge: Move toward the center and close to the Amani Juggernaut.
Follow the Loa sequence: Akil’zon, Halazzi, Nalorakk, then Jan’alai.
Hunt the mount: The Loa-Blessed Wayfarer comes from the Tier 11 solo achievement, Let Me Solo Him: Kindo’jan.

How Do You Access the Kindo’jan Boss Fight?
First, head to Eversong Woods at "63.00, 72.16".
Complete all nine other chambers within the Labyrinth of Kindo’jan on Tier 8 or higher. Once the requirements are complete, a message tells you the door in the northernmost chamber is accessible.
Head into that chamber and defeat Den’zara. This opening opponent is relatively straightforward compared with the encounter ahead.
Once Den’zara falls, Kindo’jan spawns.
Before facing him, prepare the companion setup used for this run.

Which Corrosive Powers Did I Use for Kindo’jan?
My setup combines Insidious Venom with Ula'tek's Gift. Insidious Venom can Poison you, while Ula'tek's Gift applies additional stacks when you are Poisoned.
How Does Insidious Venom Work?
During combat, you have a chance to Poison yourself, lowering all your Secondary and Tertiary Stats while greatly increasing your main stat for 12 seconds.
How Does Ula'tek's Gift Work?
Your harmful spells and abilities have a chance to afflict your target with five stacks of Ula'Tek's Gift.
The effect deals Nature damage per application every five seconds for one minute.
While you are Poisoned, apply five additional stacks.
Once a target reaches 20 stacks, the Gift Corrodes, dealing its remaining damage immediately before removing itself.
Now you’re ready to put the setup into practice.

How Do You Solo Kindo’jan With This Strategy?
I completed this strategy using a DPS character at item level 332 with level 80 Valeera. Those are the conditions of my clear, rather than minimum requirements for the encounter.
Check the Valeera guide for companion leveling details.
Before starting, bring:
Drums, if you cannot use Heroism or an equivalent effect.
Damage potions.
Healing potions.
How Do You Defeat Den’zara?
Interrupt Vile Bolts and dodge the frontal attack, Beckoning Death. Repeat those responses until Den’zara falls and Kindo’jan spawns.
Keep this opening clean so you can focus on the main encounter.
Where Should You Drop Eruption of Mojo?
Place Eruption of Mojo at the sides, beside the boss’s hands, then move away. Look for the circle and light blue arrow indicating the effect.
While positioning, dodge both the large puddle and the smaller puddles on the floor.
The aim is to leave yourself room to move through the next mechanics.
How Should You Handle Hash'ey's Command?
Hash'ey's Command summons adds onto the platform. In my run, level 80 Valeera handled them while I continued attacking Kindo’jan.
If your Valeera cannot manage the adds, kill them before returning to the boss.
Watch how your companion performs. Staying on the boss works only while the adds remain under control.
How Do You Avoid Whirling Axes?
Stay between Kindo’jan’s hands and watch the axes’ paths. Move away whenever Whirling Axes travel toward you.
Keep attacking when your position is safe. Another hit on the boss is not worth stepping into an axe.
Your emperor approves of aggression. Unnecessary platform departures are a different matter.
How Do You Survive Amani Juggernaut’s Phalanx Charge?
When the red targeting line appears, move toward the center and get close to the Amani Juggernaut casting Phalanx Charge. Leave enough platform behind you to survive the knockback.
Taking the charge from a poor position can throw you off the platform.
If your max-level Valeera can finish the Juggernaut, let her handle it while you return to damaging Kindo’jan. Otherwise, make the Amani Juggernaut your priority.
The next section covers the four Loa mechanics you need to recognize during the intermission.
How Do You Handle Kindo’jan’s Intermission?
My run showed transitions around 70% or 25% health. Depending on your damage, you may finish before another intermission or push through to the later transition around 25%.
Treat those percentages as observations from this run. When Kindo’jan disappears, follow the mechanics in this order.
1. Akil’zon: Where Are the Safe Spots?
Akil’zon summons winds that can push you off the platform.
There are eight distinct sections: four safe sections and four lethal sections. Stand in the smaller safe sections, away from the winds.
2. Halazzi: How Do You Free Valeera?
Halazzi summons four cats that pin down Valeera.
Block only one line to free her. If she becomes Unconscious, click her immediately to help her recover.
3. Nalorakk: How Do You Dodge the Bears?
Nalorakk summons rows of bears from opposite sides of the room, with a gap in each row.
Move into the first gap, then reposition for the gap on the opposite side. Avoid being hit by either row.
4. Jan’alai: Which Circle Should You Soak?
Jan’alai summons two circles that must be soaked.
Valeera pings her circle with a red warning sign and stands inside it. You stand in the other circle.
Once the sequence ends, Kindo’jan returns. Resume damaging the boss and finish the encounter.
Check the Intermission video guide below:

How Long Did My Kindo’jan Fight and Labyrinth Run Take?
My Kindo’jan fight took approximately three minutes. The entire Labyrinth run took approximately 55 minutes.
My main goal was the Loa-Blessed Wayfarer mount, awarded through Let Me Solo Him: Kindo’jan. The achievement requires defeating Kindo’jan on Tier 11 without other players in your party during Midnight Season 2. Achievements (Feats of Strength)
My run also rewarded the Loa-Blessed Victory toy, along with crests, coins, and gold. For my mount hunt, those additional rewards made the full clear worthwhile.
