Greetings, Denizens of the Azeroth Galaxy!

The First Step to Homeownership: "A House For You" Quest

Ah, the sweet sound of land ownership in World of Warcraft: Midnight.

For years, you've fought battles, defeated dragons, and earned glory.
But what about a home?
A sanctuary to return to after a hard day of dungeon crawling and raid bosses?

Well, it’s finally here, and you don’t have to raid a vault for it.
All you need is a simple quest the “A House For You” quest.
It’s your golden ticket to claiming your very own plot of land in Midnight’s Housing System.
And guess what?
It costs a mere 1,000 gold, less than a drink at the local tavern (Or a mythic 7+ Repair...).

Step 1: Accept the Quest

The journey starts when you log in and receive the “A House For You” quest Storyline.
Whether you’re in Stormwind (Alliance) or Orgrimmar (Horde), it’s time to grab that plot.

Once you’ve accepted the quest, head to the housing portal in either Stormwind or Orgrimmar, the world’s finest real estate hubs.
Here’s where the magic happens.

You’ll teleport straight into the neighborhoods where your dream house awaits.

You can go directly to the Housing neighborhoods using the House Portal within the Housing Dashboard.

Step 2: Choose Your Plot – Founder's Point vs. Razorwind Shores

Now, this is where you flex your style.
Do you prefer the quiet, alpine charm of the Alliance?
Or the rugged, coastal beauty of the Horde?
Maybe, both?
Yes, you can own two houses per Battle.net account: one in an Alliance neighborhood and one in a Horde neighborhood.

These houses are accessible to all characters in your Warband, regardless of faction.
The Founder's Point and Razorwind Shores zones offer two distinct aesthetics, and choosing between them is where the real fun begins.

  • Founder's Point (Alliance): Picture this: lush, rolling hills, rustic cottages, and towering trees.
Founder's Point is a tribute to classic Alliance environments like Elwynn Forest and Duskwood, perfect for those who appreciate nature and medieval charm.
Settle here if you want to wake up to the serene beauty of the Eastern Kingdoms.

  • Razorwind Shores (Horde): A more rugged, adventurous vibe awaits on the Horde side. Razorwind Shores offers a tropical beach aesthetic with breathtaking ocean views and the sounds of waves crashing in the distance.
Inspired by the coastal beauty of Durotar and Azshara, this is the spot for those who prefer a frontier-style existence.

Step 3: The Cost of Entry – Just 1,000 Gold!

Here’s the best part: your first plot costs only 1,000 gold.
Yes, you heard me right.
This is cheaper than buying a bag of reagents in the auction house.
The cost is incredibly reasonable, making homeownership accessible for all players, whether you’re a casual explorer or a hardcore raider.

Once you've selected your neighborhood, head to the Neighborhood Steward to finalize your purchase.
After that, it’s all yours.
From this point forward, you’ll have the freedom to customize your space, expand it, and turn it into the perfect base of operations.

How I do it?

Well, simple.
1> Guild house has access to Guildies (Locked or Troll-lock when Building)
Troll-Lock = Place something to prevent getting in LOL (They hate it, it is fun. I recommend)
2> Public neighborhood
This is to socialize...
Once a month, this socialization buff hits me, while my wife... she got it 24/7

💡Tip
"Renter" vs. "Owner" Permissions:
As the Owner of your plot, you control everything: permissions, design, and decoration.
As a Renter, you get to live in the neighborhood but don’t have the same level of freedom.
Choose wisely.
Now You’re Ready to Build!

Congrats, new homeowner!
With the “A House For You” quest completed and your plot secured, your new adventure begins.
Whether you choose Founder's Point or Razorwind Shores, your plot is your canvas.
Get ready to bring your dream home to life with furniture, decorations, and a world of possibilities.

But this is just the beginning.
Now that you’ve got your plot, it’s time to master the editor tools, farm for resources, and start building your perfect house.
